Installing the Fan Tray
The DES-7200 provides a ventilation system,
7210-FAN for DES-7210, and 7206-FAN for
DES-7206. Carry out the following steps to install
the fan tray:
1. Remove the blank panel of the fan tray
by loosening the captive screws with a
screwdriver.
2. Push the fan into the cabinet along the guide
rail.
3. Tighten the captive screws with a screwdriver.
Figure 4 shows the installed fan tray.

Installing the Power Supply
The DES-7200 system offers AC and DC power
options, which can be installed in the same way
by performing the following steps:
1. Remove one of the two blank panels from the
power module by loosening the two screws
with a Phillips-head screwdriver, as shown in
Figure 5.

2. Insert the power supply module into the
cabinet along the guide rail, as shown in
Figure 6.

3. Tighten the screws on both sides of the
power supply by using a screwdriver, as
shown in Figure 7.
