TROUBLESHOOTING
If the scooter does not operate properly, check that all of the following actions have been performed:
- Power on
- Check the state of charge of the battery
- Brake lever released
- Sockets and connectors are clean
If all of the actions described above have been performed but the product still cannot operate normally, please consult
your dealer.
ERROR MESSAGES
If there is a defect, the display will show the origin of the issue with one of the following symbols
brake issue
motor issue
trigger issue
controller issue
