no reception

Hereby Vivanco GmbH declares that TVA 301 is in conformity with the fundamental requirements
and other relevant regulations of the directive 2004/108/EU.
Disposal of the device
This device may not be disposed along with household waste. Please hand it over to a collection
point for electrical devices of your area or your district. Thus it will be guaranteed that the old
devices are recycled properly and economically and potential environmental and health hazards
are avoided.
The packing should be supplied to re-use. Please do not throw it into household waste and
handle it in conformity with local disposal rules.
Possible cause
Antenna is not connected
to a power supply
Antenna is switched off
Cable connection broken
Antenna is not aligned properly
Inconvenient position of the
antenna was selected
Amplification is not set correctly
Room is heavily shielded from
the transmitter (can also be
recognised through bad
reception of the mobile phone)
There is no sufficiently strong
transmitter in the vicinity
Solution
Ensure power supply
Switch on antenna
Check if all the plug
connections are plugged in
properly
Turn the antenna till the best
reception is set up
Place the antenna in another
position in the room
Turn the adjustment knob for
the amplification till the best
reception is set correctly
Use window or external
antenna
Please check with your
provider if you are in the range
of the transmission antenna
