Dear Customer,
We are delighted that you have chosen this motif laser spotlight.
Before using the article for the fi rst time, please read the
instructions through carefully and keep them for future ref-
erence. If the article is given to someone else, it should
always be accompanied by these instructions.
Also note all of the warnings attached to the housing of the
spotlight and do not remove them! Make sure that they also
cannot be removed by any third parties!

Intended Use
The article is intended to be used for the decorative lighting of
walls indoors and outside.
The article should not be placed near to other light sources
(e.g. lamps and street lamps) so that it can switch on automati-
cally when darkness sets in.
The article should only be used as described in these instruc-
tions. Any other use is deemed to be improper.
The article is designed for personal use only and is not intend-
ed for commercial applications.
The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects caused
by improper handling, damage or unauthorised attempts at re-
pair. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
Warning of Misuse
The laser beam must not be directed at people, animals, vehi-
cles or aircraft. Do not use it near to an airport!
Safety Instructions
CAUTION: Laser Radiation! Do not look directly into the
beam. Laser radiation can result in blinding and permanent
damage to the eyes. Ensure that children do not look di-
rectly into the beam.
CAUTION: Dangers of Injury
Do not direct the laser beam at people or animals!
Consciously close your eyes and immediately move your head
away from the laser beam if laser radiation gets into your eyes.
Children and animals must be kept away from the article, the
mains adapter and the mains cable.
Children must be supervised in order to ensure that they do not
play with the article. They could for example injure themselves
on the point of the ground spike or look directly into the laser
beam.
Danger of suffocation from plastic fi lms and bags! Keep chil-
dren and animals away from the packaging material.
Danger of strangulation! Make sure that the mains cable is al-
ways kept out of the reach of small children and animals.
Always lay the cable in such a way that it does not present a
trip hazard.
CAUTION: Danger of Electric Shock and Fire!
Never immerse the article in water or other liquids! It is only
protected against splashing. Should the article fall into water,
switch off the power supply immediately. Never attempt to pull
the article out of the water while it is still connected to the mains
power!
Never touch the article with damp or wet hands.
Only connect the article to a plug socket that is properly in-
stalled and matches the technical data (see the "Technical
Data" section). The socket must also be readily accessible after
connection. Only use suitable extension cables whose techni-
cal data is the same as that of the article.

Make sure that the mains cable is not squashed, bent or laid
over sharp edges and does not come into contact with hot sur-
faces.
Disconnect the article from the mains power if a fault occurs
during operation or before it is cleaned.
Pull the mains adapter and never the cable.
Keep the article away from combustible materials and gases.
Do not use the article if it, the mains adapter or the mains cable
are damaged. Have any repairs done only by a specialist work-
shop or the customer service department in order to prevent
any hazards.
Damage to Materials, Property and the Article
Maintain a suffi cient distance from heat sources.
In extreme weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain, a storm, gale,
hail) or if the article is not being used, disconnect the article
from the mains power and store it in a dry place.
Do not place any heavy objects on the article, the mains adapt-
er or the cable.
Do not drop the article or subject it to heavy impacts.
Keep the glass cover clean at all times. Clean it with a damp
cloth if necessary. Do not use any caustic or abrasive clean-
ing agents for cleaning! They could damage the surface.
Keep the motif templates clean. When they are not being used,
keep them in the box that is also supplied so that they are pro-
tected from dust and dirt. Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth if they
get dirty.
