1 Funktionsbeschreibung

Wird eine elektromechanische Verriegelung eingesetzt,
so muss ein Externer Programmschalter angeschlossen
werden.
Die Sicherheitshinweise der Anleitung CS 80 MAGNEO
058179-45532 „Montage- und Gebrauchsanweisung
des Antriebs" sind zu beachten!
In der Betriebart „AUS" schließt der Antrieb die Tür und
verriegelt. Wird ein Öffnungsimpuls an den
Anschlussklemmen „Impulsgeber innen" (3 und 42) erzeugt,
öffnet die Verriegelung und die Tür wird vom Antrieb
geöffnet. Nach der eingestellten Offenhaltezeit schließt der
Antrieb die Tür wieder und verriegelt. Eine
Öffnungsimpulsgabe an den Anschlussklemmen „Impuls-
geber außen" (Nr. 3 und 41) hat in der Betriebsart „AUS"
keine Auswirkung. Diese sind nur in der Betriebsart
„Automatik" aktiv (siehe Bedienungsanleitung). Bei einem
Netzspannungsausfall öffnet die Verriegelung und die Tür
kann von Hand begangen werden.

2 Montage

Vorbereitung: Festlegung der „Tür zu" Position
Antriebseinheit einbauen. (Siehe 058179-45532)
Türblatt einhängen und Tür in „Tür zu" Position
bringen.

Endstopper einstellen und Position markieren.
Türblatt entfernen und Antriebseinheit ausbauen.
Endstopper enfernen.
Montageschritte

Laufwagen vorsichtig soweit herausschieben, dass
die Halteschrauben vom „Anschlag" zu sehen sind.

Diese Schrauben herausdrehen und den „Anschlag"
entfernen.

Neuen Kunststoffhalter mit Verriegelungsbolzen
einsetzen und mit den 4 mitgelieferten
Senkschrauben festschrauben.
Laufwagen zurück in das Laufprofil schieben.
5a/b/c
Alle benötigte Kabel einziehen.

Verriegelung in das Laufprofil bis zur Markierung von

Bild 1 schieben und festschrauben.
Antriebseinheit einbauen und Türblatt einhängen
Zur Sicherheit das Türblatt in gewählte
„Tür zu" Position schieben und Prüfen ob Laufwagen
und Verriegelung schlüssig sind.

Laufwagen zurückschieben und Verriegelung mit dem
beiliegenden Sonderschlüssel richtig festschrauben.

Wenn erforderlich: Verbindungskabel im Laufprofil
festkleben und Kabel fixieren.

1 Functional description

In conjunction with an electromechanical locking
device, an external program switch is required.

"Mounting instructions and instructions for use of
operator" must be observed!
When adjusted to "OFF", the operator closes and locks the
door. Whenever an opening pulse is triggered at the "internal
activator" terminals (3 and 42), the locking device unlocks
and the operator opens the door. On expiry of the adjusted
hold-open time, the operator closes and locks the door.
An opening pulse at the "external activator" terminals (3 and
42), has no effect while the system is adjusted to OFF. These
terminals are only activated while the system is adjusted to
AUTOMATIC mode (see operating instructions). In the event
of a power failure, the locking device unlocks so that users
may open the door by hand.
2 Mounting
Preparation of mounting: Determine "closed"
position.
Mount drive unit. (See 058180-45532)
Fix door panel and move door to "closed" position.

Carefully pull out carrier until the fixing screws of
the "stop" are visible.
Remove end stop.

Carefully pull out carrier until the fixing screws of
the "stop" are visible.

Remove these screws and the "stop".

Insert new plastic bracket with lock bolt;
use the 4 included countersunk screws to fix it in
position.
Push carrier back into track rail.

Lay all required cables.

Push locking device into track rail until it meets the

mark (1) and screw down.
Mount drive unit and fix door panel
Move door panel until it reaches the selected
"closed" position, then check if carrier and locking
device are flush.

Push carrier back into position and screw down
locking device with the provided special key.

If required: Adhere connection cable to track rail
and fix in position.
