f Regularly inspect all important parts for signs
of damage. Make sure that the mechanical
components function properly.
f The child seat must be replaced if it was
damaged or was stressed in an accident.

f Please observe the corresponding safety
notes on using a child seat in the vehicle.
These notes are contained in the chapter
"Child restraint systems" in the Driver's Manual
of your vehicle.
f Do not leave your child alone in the vehicle.
f Allow your child to enter and exit the vehicle
only on the pavement side.
f Since the cover represents an important part
of the safety function, the child seat must not
be used without the cover.
f The child seat must be used exclusively to
secure your child in the vehicle. It is not
suitable as a regular seating accommodation
or a toy.
f Using the child seat can produce signs of wear
on some sensitive car seats (e.g. leather). To
avoid this, you can place a blanket or a towel
underneath the child seat.
