13.3 Warranty, surrender of goods

All installation instructions must be observed in order to guarantee optimal functioning of our
products.
•
PROTECTOPLUS cannot be held responsible for damages to other products which result
from the installation or use of this product.
•
The warranty which is given by PROTECTOPLUS is limited to products shipped by us.
•
Design modifications carried out without prior consultation with PROTECTOPLUS result in
voiding of the approval / warranty.
•
Installation services must be guaranteed by the entity responsible for the installation.
•
Warranty and liability claims for personal injury or property damage are excluded if they are
the result of one or more of the following:
- Improper installation, commissioning, operation or maintenance,
- Failure to observe the information on transport, storage, operation and installation,
- Inexpert repairs, or
- Emergencies due to third party actions or force majeure.
