Extended Sliding Tray
Ellison AllStar and Sizzix Bigz Dies
1. Place any AllStar or Bigz die (with the foam side up) directly onto the
SuperStar Excel Sliding Adapter pad, which should be in the extended sliding
tray.
2. Place paper (or compatible material*) to be cut on top of the die.
3. Place an appropriately sized cutting pad on top of your cutting material
and die.
4. Carefully push the Extended Sliding Tray into the opening of the SuperStar
Excel machine until the cutting pad contacts the roller.
WARNING
5. Note the rotation of the crank handle and continue to rotate it in the same
direction until your die, material and cutting pad have passed completely
through the rollers in either direction.
6. Remove your finished die-cut shapes and scrap material.
Note: Please refer to Helps and Hints on page 8 when using Crease Rule dies.
A crease-rule die is similar to a regular SureCut die; however, it contains both
cutting (sharp) rule and crease (blunt) rule.
* A list of reccomended compatible materials for use with the SuperStar Excel can be
found in the Materials guide on page 11.
