►WARNINGS (2/2)
• Beyond certain values of voltage and current, devices may
be used as "Connectors without breaking capacity". They are
then fitted with a red sticker: WARNING - Do not disconnect
under load. Compliance with this warning is the responsibility
of the installer and end-user. It can be performed using of a
locking device (see Optional socket-outlet locking), by the
installation itself, or by an appropriate procedure.

The contact terminals are spring‐assisted to prevent
loosening due to strand settlement, vibration, or thermal
cycling.
• Remove an adequate length of cable outer sheath,
according to the accessory used. The cable sheathing must
extend through the cord grip into the accessory as required
to achieve the intended sealing and cord gripping
performance.
• Strip conductors' insulation to the lengths indicated. (Other
conductor sizes can be used with the help of specific amplifier
lugs). A crimped lug may prevent the dispersion of strands of
flexible conductors.
• Do not back terminal screws completely out;
• Fully insert the conductor and tighten the terminal screws
to the torque indicated.
