7. MAINTENANCE:
• MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT:
1. For all maintenance and cleaning, you MUST disconnect the device for security
reasons.
2. Do not use chemicals or detergents for cleaning, which could easily damage or
deform your device.
3. Clean the air conditioner with a damp cloth and dry.
• AIR FILTER MAINTENANCE:
For better efficiency, the air filter should be cleaned after 100 hours of use.
To clean:
Stop the machine and remove the air filter by pushing it upwards.
Clean and reinstall the air filter in case of obvious dirt, wash the filter in warm soapy water,
rinse and dry before placing it back into its compartment.
When using the air conditioner in extremely dusty, clean the air filter every 2 weeks.
• MAINTENANCE AFTER USE:
1. If you do not plan to use the unit for an extended period. Remove the cap from the
drain opening (bottom of the unit) to drain the unit in case of non-use of your air
conditioner.
2. For ½ day and in good weather, to operate the unit in FAN mode only so that it dries in
and prevent it moldy.
3. Turn off and unplug the device.
4. Clean the air filter and reinstall it.
5. Remove air hoses and store them carefully. Plug the hole tightly.
