ASSEMBLE THE CHAIR
Install the backrest
1. Tip the chair base forward onto the front of the base.
2. Place the backrest face-down on the back of the chair base (Fig.1).
3. While supporting the backrest, align the four holes on the backrest mounting plate with the corresponding posts on the chair
base, then press the mounting plate firmly onto the posts.
4. Install a washer onto each screw, then install the four screws to secure the backrest (Fig.2).
5. If the heater cable is not visible coming from the bottom of the backrest, locate it and pull it out as far as it will go. (Fig.2).

Your Relax The Back zero gravity recliner requires some simple assembly.
Just attach the backrest to the chair base, connect the heat connectors and
power supply, place the head pillow, and you're done!
6. Slide the lower mesh to the side and locate the two loose
cables behind it; one with a cable connector on the end
and one with a two-pronged power supply connector.
Connect the cable connectors making sure the backrest
cable is behind all three metal bars. Slide the mesh back
into place covering the cables, with the power cable
routed out the right side of the mesh.
7. Pull downward on the backrest upholstery flap, then secure it to
the chair base using the hook-and-loop fasteners.
8. Lift up the front of the backrest, then smooth
the two fabric flaps downward to secure them
using the hook-and-loop fasteners.
9. If desired, move the lumbar pillow to the desired height position,
securing it with the hook-and-loop fasteners.
10. Smooth the backrest pad firmly back down into position.
