Le menu principal de ROB R800, ROB R1000 offre
quatre options :
• Minuterie
• Installation
• Sécurité
• Réglages
La section suivante résume les sélections de menu
disponibles dans le menu principal et fournit des
renseignements détaillés sur l'utilisation de chaque
fonction et sur les options de réglage disponibles.

3.12.1 Menu principal

Minuterie
La fonction de minuterie est l'outil idéal
pour contrôler les périodes pendant
lesquelles le robot tondeuse ne devrait
pas tondre, par exemple lorsque des
enfants jouent dans le jardin.
Installation (pour ROB R800, ROB R1000
seulement)
Cette fonction de menu sert à
personnaliser l'installation. Pour la plupart
des zones de travail, il n'est pas
nécessaire de modifier les réglages
d'usine, mais en fonction de la complexité
de la pelouse, le résultat de tonte peut
être amélioré si vous changez les
réglages manuellement.
Sécurité
Ce menu permet de configurer les
réglages de sécurité et la connexion entre
le robot tondeuse et la station de charge.
Il y a trois niveaux de sécurité :
Moyen, Élevé .

3.13 Timer

The lawn should not be cut too often to obtain the best
mowing result. When the robotic lawnmower is allowed
to mow too much, the lawn may appear flattened.
Besides, the robotic lawnmower is subjected to
unnecessary wear. If the working area is less than the
robotic lawnmower's area capacity, the quality of the
grass can be further improved if it is cut every other day
instead of a few hours every day. In addition, the grass
benefits from resting completely during at least a three-
day period once a month.
The timer function is also an ideal way to control which
work hours the robotic lawnmower should not mow, for
example, when the children are playing in the garden.
The factory setting of the
Mon - Sun. This is normally a suitable setting for a
working area corresponding to the maximum capacity. If
the working area is less than maximum capacity then
the timer should be used to minimize wear on grass and
lawnmower. When setting the timer manually, calculate
that the robotic lawnmower mows about the listed
amount of the number of square meters per hour and
day listed in table Work capacity. See

The table below provides suggestions for different timer
settings depending on garden size. The times should be
seen as indicative. They may need to be adjusted to suit
the garden and for example grass quality and growth
during the season. Use the table as follows:
• Find a work area that closest matches the size of the
lawn.
Faible,
• Select an appropriate amount of work days per week
(for some work areas 7 days may be needed).
• Work hours per day shows how many hours a day
the robotic lawnmower will be allowed to work for the
selected amount of work days.
• Suggested time interval shows a time interval that
corresponds to the required work hours per day.
Réglages
