Note: if your user memory is not selected automatically when stepping
on the scale, then first press "SET" and press the ▲ button to choose
your own memory (0-9) and press "SET" 4 times to enter or confirm the
data (the screen displays the memory number, the gender, the height,
the age with each time you press on "SET".
• Your weight is displayed on the screen (stay on the scales during
the whole process).
