Some common troubleshooting
1. Please refer to below in case of any problem with the watch keys. If the
problem is not resolved, please contact our customer service.
2. 1.8 Ignition problem (the watch does not light up): this may be due to the
fact that the time allowed for pressing the ignition button is too short. Press
and hold for three more seconds. This may also be due to a low battery, if this
is the case, please recharge it.
3. 1.9 Auto Power Off: Low battery, please recharge.
4. 1.10 Very short operating times: The battery is not fully charged. You must
ensure that it is fully charged before use. When the sim card is used, when the
battery becomes weak, the camera will automatically switch to aircraft mode.
5. 1.11 Unable to charge: Battery life will be reduced from year to year, so
please check if this is not the case. If not, check the charger.
6. 1.12 Caller ID is not displayed when I receive a call: This may be due to the
fact that you did not update your contacts during synchronization. Please
reconnect and synchronize your contacts as well.
7. 1.13 Voice problems during telephone calls: The distance between the watch
and the phone is large, bad signal or poor Bluetooth connection.
