PNEUMATIC CONTROL BOX, 2 FUNCTIONS 21-1042
Cabling and wiring
1.
Pull the mains cable through the PG11 cable gland (1).
2.
Connect phase (brown lead) to the terminal block which already has two brown leads fitted (3)
– see picture below.
3.
Connect the zero lead (blue) to one of the loose terminal block (3) – see picture below.
4.
Connect earth lead (green/yellow) to the other loose terminal block (3) - see picture below.
5.
Pull the cables from the pump/blower/light through the two PG9 cable glands (6).
6.
Fit the phase leads (brown) with red cable shoes (2) and connect to the pneumatic switches.
7.
Connect the earth leads (green/yellow) to the terminal block with earth from mains allready
connected.
8.
Connect the zero leads (blue) to the terminal block with zero from mains allready connected.
9.
Tighten all cabel glands and close the lid and tighten all 4 screws (4) to insure waterproof
installation
10.
Connect the hose from the pneumatic buttons to the pneumatic switches (5)
11.
Connect mains to 230V.
