1. Floor nozzle should be cleaned at regular intervals. (Figure 11)
2. To clean it release the floor nozzle from the main vacuum cleaner. (Figure 11).
3. Turn the brushroll in the floor nozzle slowly by hand and remove any dirt or hairs that have wrapped
around the brush.
4. If the brushroll cannot be turned by hand, undo the screw on the left-hand side of the floor tool
base and remove the cover from the floor nozzle. (Figure 12)
5. Raise the left-hand side of the brushroll slightly and remove the drive belt from the brushroll. (Figure
13)
6. Take the brushroll out of the floor nozzle and remove the blockage and any entangled dirt deposits.
(Figure 14)
7. After cleaning, place the brushroll back into the floor nozzle, refit the drive belt and screw the cover
back on the tool. (Figure 15)
Please check that the cover is securely fastened and the brushroll turns correctly.
