Turn on the vacuum cleaner until it stops automatically before disposal of the battery.
1. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the battery door.
2. Remove the battery door by sliding it outside.
3. Unscrew all the screws on the housing then remove one side of it.
4. Cut all the wires attached to the battery.
5. Take out the battery compartment. Remove the battery from the unit.

Do not mutilate or incinerate the battery pack, as it will explode at high temperatures.

Never touch both terminals of a battery pack with metal objects and/or body parts as a short
circuit may occur. Do not attempt to destroy or disassemble a battery pack or remove any of its
components.
