Remove the diffuser and swing
the collector to the side.

Pour the sand (granulometry
0.6/1.25) in carefully to avoid
damaging the laterals.
Put the diffuser back in position.

Assembly of
the air purge.

1-Insert the pressure
gauge into its housing,
take care to orient the
square fitting correctly.
2- As illustrated in the
image opposite.

Check that the drain valve is
closed.
Fill the pump with water until the
water level is 5 cm above the
laterals.

Fit the o-rings into the grooves on
the bulkhead fittings.

Slide the
o-ring onto
the pressure
gauge.

Finish the
assembly by
tightening the
nut moderately.
