2. general use

the Bodynova shiatsu massager is a self-massager that provides an effective, deeply relaxing,
kneading massage. the massager is draped over the shoulders, like a shawl, allowing for a self-
massage of the often tense, neck, shoulder and upper back area, which is otherwise very difficult
to access yourself. it can also be used on the back, the legs and the feet. it can be used easily
without any effort, simply resting the hands in the hand loops provided, allowing a deep and
relaxing massage. in addition to the massaging action there is also a warming function that can
be turned on and off, helping to ease and soften tension and stress.
With the hands or forearms in the hand loops provided, you can vary the depth and pressure of
the massage by increasing or decreasing the amount of pressure applied through the hands.
