A - INFORMATIONS GENERALES

1. PRESENTATION DE L'INSTALLATION /
Les TIGMATE 270 AC/DC et TIGMATE 400 AC/DC sont des générateurs à thyristors
pour le soudage TIG et à l'électrode enrobée. Ils fournissent un courant alternatif (AC)
ou continu (DC).
La technologie de redressement pour la source de puissance est du type thyristors.
Ce générateur permet de souder en TIG ou à l'éle ctrode enrobée:

Les TIGMATE 270 AC/DC et 400 AC/DC sont livrés sur palette.
Composition :
1. Le générateurTIGMATE 270 AC/DC ou
TIGMATE 400 AC/DC avec sont tiroir de refroidissement torche
2. le câble d'alimentation de longueur 5m
3. un câble de masse (longueur 3 mètres) avec pince de masse et prise DINSE
4. un tuyau de gaz longueur 2m
5. une instruction de sécurité, d'emploi et de maintenance

A - GENERAL INFORMATION
1. PRESENTATION OF INSTALLATION
TIGMATE 270 AC/DC and TIGMATE 400 AC/DC are thyristor generators for TIG
welding and welding with a covered electrode. They supply altenating current (AC) or
direct current (DC).
The rectification technology for the power source is of the thyristor type..
This generator allows TIG welding or welding with a covered electrode.
TIGMATE 270 AC/DC and 400 AC /DC are delivered on a pallet.

Welding set constituent:

1. The TIGMATE 270 AC/DC or TIGMATE 400 A C/DC generator with its torch
cooling rack
2. the 5 m long power cable
3. an earth cable (3 meters long) with an earth clamp and a DINSE connector
4. a 2 m long gas hose
5. safety, use and maintenance instructions
