Corrective Action

There is a supply problem or current short.
Check that the impeller is not broken
or replace the impeller motor or whole motor unit.
Check that there are no objects stuck in the impeller
and that the impeller is not broken.

Check the drive system elements and confirm that
there are no objects stuck in the drive system,
