Pre-shift checks
Charging with the charging station up to
10/2019
WARNING
Risk of accident due to discharged battery!
 Charge the mobile warning unit after use.
 Ensure correct positioning on the inductive charg-
ing station.
NOTE
Prior to initial commissioning, the mobile warn-
ing unit must be fully charged once. If the
warning unit is removed from the charging sta-
tion too early, the LED flashes red even when
the charge capacity is over 90%.
 Connect the inductive charging station to
the power supply using the power supply
unit provided.
 Place the mobile warning unit face down on
the marked charging area of the charging
station.
The mobile warning unit emits a signal tone
and the LED (2) on the back of the unit flashes
red. The LED (3) on the charging station lights
up green. The charging process starts.
From a charge capacity of 90%, the LED (2)
on the mobile charging station flashes green.
When the charging process is complete, the
LED (2) lights up green permanently.
NOTE
Do not leave the charging station in direct

sunlight during the charging process
Temperatures above 40°C cause a tempo-
●
rary interruption of the charging process.
The LED (3) lights up orange if this hap-
pens
The warning function of the mobile warning
unit is deactivated during the charging
process. Once the mobile warning unit is re-
moved from the charging station, the warning
function is automatically reactivated within
three seconds.
