Avant la mise en service
• Assurez-vous que l'équipement n'est pas endommagé.
• Vérifiez que l'installation a correctement été réalisée.
• Retirez tout corps étranger du boîtier.
• Vérifiez que les entrées le câble et les bouchons obturateurs sont correctement serrés.
• Contrôlez le serrage des vis et des écrous.
• Vérifiez l'état de l'entrée de câble.
• Assurez-vous que les couples de serrage appliqués sont corrects.
• Vérifiez que les entrées de câble et que les trous non utilisés sont respectivement
fermés par des bouchons obturateurs et des bouchons conformes.
• Assurez-vous que les couvercles et cloisons pour les parties sous tension ont été
installés et fixés correctement. 60439-1

Aucune réparation non confirmée par ATX, n'est autorisée.
• Dans le cadre de la directive DEEE, décret 2005-829 du 20/07/05, ATX
peut vous proposer des filières de valorisation et de traitement des produits
concernés.

Before commissioning
• Make sure that the device is not damaged.
• Make sure that the device is installed correctly.
• Remove any foreign object from the device.
• Check that cable entries and stopping plugs are tight.
• Check that screws and nuts are tightly fitted.
• Inspect cable entry for damage.
• Check tightening torques.
• Make sure that unused cable entries are sealed with plugs certified, and unused holes
are sealed by stopping plugs certified.
• Check whether all covers and barriers for live parts are installed and fixed. 60439-1

Danger from energized parts
• Risk of severe injuries.
• Before any maintenance work commences, disconnect the device from the
power supply.
• Secure the device against unauthorized activation.
Exception: Enclosures with the notice "Protected by IP 30 window" may be opened when
supplied with power.
Risk due to unauthorized work being performed on the device!
• Risk of injury and damage to equipment.
• Assembly, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance must only be
performed by personnel who are both authorized and suitably trained for this purpose.
• The dimensions of the flameproof joint do not comply with the tables in the standard
IEC/EN 60079-1. Contact ATX for any information related to maintenance.
Regular Maintenance Work
• Consult the relevant national regulations (e.g. IEC/EN 60079-17) to determine the type
and extent of inspections.
• Plan the intervals so that any defects in the equipment which may be anticipated are
promptly detected.
To check as part of the maintenance schedule:
• Check that cables and lines are clamped properly.
• Inspect device for visible damage.
• Compliance with the permitted temperatures in accordance with IEC/EN 60079-0.
• Make sure that the device is used according to its designated use
Cleaning
• Clean with a cloth, brush, vacuum cleaner or similar items.

Use of non-approved accessories and spare parts.
• The manufacturer's liability and warranty expire.
• Use only original accessories and original spare parts manufactured by APPLETON ATX
