TROUBLESHOOTING
Abnormal Phenomenons
BP measurement values too high
or too low
No pressure
Cuff deflates in short time
It can not carry on measurement when press the measurement button
Power off suddenly when inflating
Hold the on/off button but can not
start the device
Cuff inflation start before press the measurement button or never stop
inflating when measuring
Cuff never deflation
Causes
Cuff is not connected correctly

The cuff windpipe is not correctly

batteries can be exhausted owing to

Solutions
Correctly connect cuff (refer to Chapter 9)
Keep quiet and restart a measurement
Buy a new cuff

Stop using the device and contact us
