Operating instructions
Thank you for purchasing our SEECODE X2 knife sharpener, with which you can
get all your knives properly sharp again without any prior knowledge. To ensure
that you can enjoy your product for a long time and make full use of it, please read
these operating instructions carefully before using the X2 Knife Sharpener to avoid
damage due to incorrect operation. Please pay particular attention to the safety
information. If you give the X2 knife sharpener to a third party, this instruction
manual should also be handed over.
User manual
Before using this product, please read this manual carefully and keep it for refe-
rence. Our product is intended for use by adults. It is not a toy and must not be
operated by children. Please keep this product out of the reach of children for their
safety.
Function
The X2 knife scraper is suitable for sharpening plain European and Japanese
kitchen, meat, fruit and vegetable knives as well as knives with a serrated edge,
e.g. bread knives. It is not suitable for ceramic knives.
It grinds, sharpens and polishes the blade in one process. The X2 knife scraper
has flexible arms made of extremely hard and durable Wofram carbide, so it is
long-lasting and maintenance-free.
