sharp edge of the cutter should take the piece of wood for-
ward by 2 to 3 mm. Make this checking for each cutter on
the right and left side of the cutter.
It is impossible to obtain a good planing and surfacing re-
sult when this adjustment is not done with precision.
•Screw the fixing screws of the tightening wedge shaped
parts well with a wrench SW 6 at 8,9 Nm.
•Adjust and tighten all cutter blades in the same way.
•After each replacement of the cutter blades perform a test
running and tighten again the fixing screws at 8,9 Nm.
Before starting the cutter block make sure that all instruc-
tions given above have been followed.
While using the machine follow all general security instruc-
tions of this manual.
