been made to quality standards and are guaranteed for domestic use against
manufacturing faults for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. In case of any malfunction of
your UBERHAUS Design product (failure, missing part, etc.), please contact one of
our service technician at our toll free service line at 1-866-206-0888 from 8 AM to 8
PM, Monday to Friday, Eastern time. RONA reserves the right to repair or replace
the defective product, at its discretion.
The product is guaranteed for 12 months if used for normal trade purposes. Any
warranty is invalid if the product has been overloaded or subject to neglect,
improper use or an attempted repair other than by an authorized agent. Heavy-
duty or daily professional/commercial usage are not guaranteed. Due to
continuous product improvement, we reserve the right to change the product
specifications without prior notice.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1.Light bulbs are burnt out.
2."Flame wand" has come loose
from bracket
3."Flame wand" motor is not functioning
1.The overheat protection device in the
appliance has been triggered

3.House circuit breaker has been tripped
SOLUTION
1. Inspect light bulbs and replace if necessary.(See
Maintenance Section of this manual)
2.Remove screws holding back panel in place and
remove back panel. Secure end of
back into the support bracket.
3.Call customer service department toll free at
1-866-206-0888.
1.Turn all controls off,unplug the appliance,
allow to cool for at least 10 minutes,
plug back in and restart
