This adapter is not required in case of simple grounding.
For simple grounding in field installation the switch can be set to the right without any
problems. The connection of the low voltage supply directly takes place at the clamps
108 and 109.
Dieser Adapter wird nicht benötigt, wenn nur ein einfacher Erdbezug vorliegt.
Bei einem einfachen Erdbezug in der Feldinstallation darf der Schalter bedenkenlos auf die
rechte Position umgelegt werden. Der Anschluss der Kleinspannungsversorgung erfolgt
dann direkt auf die Klemmen 108 und 109 (siehe Montage und Bedienungsanleitung).
Cet adaptateur n'est pas nécessaire lorsque une seule mise à la terre est présente.
En présence d'une mise à la terre simple de l'installation sur site, le commutateur peut être
positionné sans crainte à droite. Le branchement de l'alimentation très basse tension se fait
alors directement sur les bornes 108 et 109.

In low voltage applications of CALEC
the adapter "isolated supply 24V-24V'' (Art. no. 80828) must be positioned as shown above.
Procedure: 1. Disconnect CALEC
2. Set switch S4 from left to right
3. Connect adapter:
108+ from adapter to clamp 108 on CALEC
109- from adapter to clamp 109 on CALEC
IN+ and IN- from adapter to the external measuring point supply
With the adapter "isolated supply 24V-24V'', the device and sensor supply are possible. Therefore the
sensor shall be connected on OUT2+ and OUT2- (max. 150 mA).
If the switch S4 is not correctly set, the device may not work properly or get
destroyed. The function low voltage supply shall only be used with the switch S4 in the position "right"!
