II. REMOTE CONTROLLER
1. - ON /OFF KEY
For switching on the fan. The fan will start at low
speed. Press this button again to turn fan off.
2. - TIMER KEY
Press this button repeatedly to set the fan to automatically
shut off after a selected number of hours in the sequence of
"1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8." Don't press this key if you want the fan
to run continuously.
After the timer is set, the timer display will indicate in how many hours the fan
will shut off in the sequence of "8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1." For example, if you set the
time for eight hours, after one hour the display will indicate "7h" ; however,
after four hours, the display will change to "4h" etc.
3. - OSCILLATION KEY
Press this button to oscillate the fan. To choose one direction, press this button
again when the fan is in the desired direction. Don't rotate fan head by hand,
or the oscillation device will be damaged.
4. - SPEED KEY
When the fan starts, pressing this button will change the wind speed in the
order of "1-2-3."
III. REMOTE CONTROLLER OPERATION
1. Point the remote controller at the receiver and press the desired button.
2. The remote controller will work at distances of up to roughly 16' (5 m) an
angle of 30° between right and left from the control panel.
3. Avoid direct sunlight as the effect of the lens can be altered.
4. The batteries must be removed from the remote controller when exhausted
and safely disposed of.
1. Do not dispose of batteries in fire; batteries may explode or leak.
2. Do not mix old and new batteries.
3. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium)
batteries.
CAUTION : Please dispose of or recycle the batteries according to
municipal or provincial laws.
