Fitting kit
- 1 5x15 aluminium screw
- 1 5 plastic washer
- 2 10x20x2 plastic washers
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the rear handle, right and left front side panels, the rear shell, the original
undertray with the rear light and the indicators.
- Fix back up the rear shell without screwing it completely by encasing the two furnished 10202
washers between the frame and the shell on level with the front fixing.
- Insert our undertray under the shell to the right, then to the left. Fix it with original fixing, tighten the
shell, and fix back up the rear handle.
- Cut our piercing model drawn on this note, position it well on the rear shell, track down the hole
centre and drill your shell with a 6 mm drill.
- Fix the back of our undertray thanks to the 5 furnished screws.
- Connect our rear lights by taking care to not invert break light and position light wire, connect the
indicators.
- Fix back up the rear side panels.
- Fix the CDI box inside the rear shell using the self-adhesive band "Velcro" furnished.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with
original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.

* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
