control unit is powered by the included 12 V/DC power adaptor. The remote control, control unit and the
power adaptor should only be used in dry indoor environments. However, the 10 LED lights may be used in an
outdoor area. Please, take notice that the LED lights must not be used under water!

16 mm holes
The lights can be mounted e.g. on the terrace (wooden boards) or also in wall boards or on ceilings (wooden
ceilings). Because of the design of the lights many other installation places are imaginable, that with
conventional lightings are not possible.
The maximum distance between the lights is set by the premounted connection cable. The 10 lights are simply
connected in series, the output of one light leads to the next. This simplifi es the mounting, in particular.
The fi tting of the lights takes place with e.g. a few drops of hot-glue or construction silicone.
6.
Installation
Ensure again that no cables or wires are damaged when drilling. Danger to life!
You can also use less than 10 lights, you don't need to use all 10 lights.
The distance between two lights must not exceed 95 cm. If there are obstacles, the distance
may be shorter. Ensure that all the lights and the control unit can be connected via the cable
at their selected locations before drilling.
The cable should not be squeezed when closing a door or window.
1.
When you specifi ed the installation place for the 10 lights, drill a corresponding hole for every light (approx.
diameter 16 mm).
2.
Lead the connection cable through the hole.
3.
The fi tting of the lights in the holes can be done with, for example, a few drops of hot-glue or another
suitable glue for outdoor areas, or contruction silicone.
4.
Crosslink the lights. Connect the connection cable of the fi rst light with the control unit, the open connection
of the last lights should be sealed with the included end cap, so no moisture can come in.

The long cable serves for connection of the fi rst light on to the control unit. Lead the cable through a wall
opening in the inner room. Close the opening with, for example, mortar resp. a suitable glue or construction
silicone.
6.
The control unit can, for example, be fi xed on a wall with screws through two holes at the rear side.
7.
Finally, connect the circular connector of the AC adapter with the low voltage socket of the control unit. Plug
the AC adapter into a mains socket (100 – 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz).The control unit can, for example, be fi xed
on a wall with screws through two holes at the rear side.

Maintenance and care
Apart from occasionally cleaning, the product is maintenance-free, do not dismantle to clean. A change of
lamp is not necessary due to the high product life of the light diodes.
Before cleaning, disconnect the device from the power source.
Clean the product with a soft, clean and dry cloth. Do not use strong cleaning agents or chemical solutions
as the surface of the housing could be damaged (e.g. discolouration).
9.
Disposal
In order to preserve, protect and improve the quality of environment, protect human health and
utilise natural resources prudently and rationally, the user should return unserviceable product to
relevant facilities in accordance with statutory regulations.
The crossed-out wheeled bin indicates the product needs to be disposed separately and not as
municipal waste.
