Setup Checklist

Following are the steps needed to install a QuickJack. Perform them in the order shown.

1. Review the setup Safety Rules.
☐
2. Make sure you have the necessary Tools.
☐
3. Select the setup Site.
☐
4. Unpack the Components that came with the QuickJack.
☐
5. Make sure there is adequate Clearance on all sides and above.
☐
6. Locate and examine the Air and Hydraulic Cylinders.
☐
7. Install the Hydraulic Elbow Fittings.
☐
8. Prepare the Short Hydraulic Hoses.
☐
9. About Thread Sealants.
☐
10. Understand Quick-Connect Fittings.
☐
11. Prepare and connect the Long Hydraulic Hoses.
☐
12. Pressurize the Air Cylinders.
☐
13. Find a location for the Power Unit.
☐
14. Install Hydraulic Fittings on the Power Unit.
☐
15. Connect the Power Unit to a Power Source.
☐
16. Fill the Hydraulic Fluid Reservoir.
☐
17. Check the Breather Valve.
☐
18. Connect the Hydraulic Hoses.
☐
19. Bleed the Hydraulic Cylinders.
☐
20. Review the Final Checklist.
☐
21. Test the QuickJack.
☐
22. Leave the Manual for the owner/operator.
