1.
Remove the battery earth cable.
Remove the treshold of the trunk.
Clear the entrance of the rearlightunits by removing the left and right covering in the trunk.

Lead the brown/white wire from the battery, along the interior and trunk to the 1-pole connector of the wiringharness.
Fit the ringtongue to the +pole. Fit the fuse with cap only when the socket has been connected.
Warning! Sharp parts.

At both rearlightunits connectors are located. Disconnect them.
Lead the two wire-ends through the existing grommet of the rearfoglight and reverselight, which is located in the trunk, to the socket.
Lead the wire-end with the green, brown, brown/white and white wires to the right side.
Lead the wire-end with the yellow, red and black wires to the left side.
Fit the connectors of the harness between the cleared connectors of the vehicle.
Fit the white wire to chassis earth.

Lead the wire-end with the blue, grey and black/red wires to the socket. Mount the four wire-parts underneath the vehicle by using the supplied
shrinking sleeve. Heat the shrinking sleeve by using a föhn (see ill.), just as tight as possible on the four wire parts.
Pull the coverplate over the shrinking sleeve.
Remove the contactholder from the socket and fit the wires as follows:
Trailer lighting:
Left turn signal
Rearfoglight
Rearfoglight
Earth 1-8
Right turn signal
Right taillight
Brakelights
Left taillight
Reverse light
Battery supply
Earth 9-13

Connecting the rearfoglights:
Disconnect the connectors of the rearfoglights which are located underneath the bumper.
Fit the connectors of the wiring harness with the blue and grey wires to the cleared connectors of the rearfoglights.

Connecting the reverselight:
Disconnect the connectors of the reverselight which also are located underneath the bumper.
Fit the connectors of the wiring harness with the black/red wires to the cleared connectors of the reverselight.
7.
Fitting the 2nd indicator light:
The 2nd indicator light has to be fitted on a for the driver well visible place in or at the dashboard.
Drill a 8mm hole and fit the led into the dashboard.
Remove the original flasherrelay and replace it for the supplied adaptor. Fit the supplied relay into the adaptor.
8.
Fit the socket to the towbar.
Reinstall the battery and check all electric functions with the trailer/caravan connected.
The led flashes when the indicatorlights (3x21W) or warninglights (6x21W) are switched on.
Fit all disassembled parts.
