Fitting kit
- 4 Self tapping screws
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the rear handle, the right and left front side panels, the rear shell and
original undertray with rear light and indicators.
- Cut the original undertray like on the photo (grind correctly the intensification spurs of plastic
number plate support and undertray), then fix back up the rear light.
- Fix back up the rear shell without screwing it completely.
- Encase our undertray under the shell to the right, then to the left. Fix it thanks to the original
fixing, tighten the shell, and fix back up the rear handle.
- Connect the rear light and the indicators.
- Fix back up the side panels.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
