Location of the wires fitting

Fitting kit
- 1 metallic plate holder
- 4 BHc 5x10 screws
- 4 Ø5 nylock nuts
- 4 Ø5 plastic washers
- 2 6x10 plastic spacers
Assembly
- Remove the passenger saddle, the original mudguard and the wires fitting clamp (accessible under the
battery - see photo).
- Fit the metallic plate holder on the undertray thanks to the BHc 5x10 screws, M5 nuts and Ø5 washers.
- Place the undertray on the motorbike by inserting both plastic washers between the part and the
motorbike. Connect the indicators and plate lighting.
- Fix the undertray with the BHx 6x30 screws, Ø6 plastic washers and M6 nuts for both upper fixations.
Use the Ø6 plastic rivet to fit the lower fixation (see photo).
- Fit the license plate on the its holder.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if necessary,
fold the plate metal support so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do not fold the

* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
