Fitting kit
- 4 self tapping screws.
- 2 beleved spacers.
- 1 large steel washer.
Assembly
- Remove both saddles, indicators and rear seat unit.
- Cut away crossways, level with the fixing bracket of the original undertray in order to preserve
these; then grind the hooks.
- Remove the saddle opening lock, fix it on the undertray (fix it slightly to one side regarding the
pin) inserting the provided washer between the undertray and the original fixing (U shaped).
- Replace the rear seat unit, slide the undertray into place and fix it using the original screws.
- Replace both saddles and check that the lock works properly.
- Fix the number plate on its support.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Original tyre Michelin Pilot Sport in 190/50 ZR 17.
