Fitting kit
- 2 BHc 6x25 screws
- 80 cm of aluminium self-adhesive tape band
- 2 3,5x195 mm plastic rings
- 2 Ø6 L : 17mm spacers
- 1 plate lighting with 5 leds
Assembly
- Remove the saddle and the left-hand side rear fairing. Disconnect the indicators and plate lighting.
- Remove the original number plate support.
- Fit the plate lighting on the provided piece. Stick the plate lighting and indicators' wires thanks to the
aluminium self-adhesive band.
- Place the plate holder on the motorbike. Fit it with the original screws on the low side, and with the 2
provided screws on the out lines of the exhaust pipe by inserting the spacers between the furnished
piece and the exhaust pipe (see photo).
- Connect the indicators and fit the number plate on its support.
- Exhaust pipe out lines are kept in position thanks to the plastic rings.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we
made with original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
