Fitting kit
- 2 screws BHc 6x25
- 4 plastic washers Ø6
- 1 metallic support SUP 09
Assembly
- Remove the passenger seat.
- Unclip the ring holding the beam, then disconnect the 3 terminals: white (PL), black (left indicator) and gray
(right indicator).
- Unscrew the screws holding the rear mudguard and remove it.
- Place the 4 plastic washers Ø6 on each screw BHc 6x25 and 6x30. Put the 4 spacers as indicated on the photo.
Tip: apply a few drops of a cyanoacrylate glue to stick the spacers as shown on the picture.
Spacers
- Fit the plate holder on the bike thanks to the screws BHc 6x25 (placed at the spacers Ø6x5 location) and 6x30
(placed at the spacers Ø6x17 location).
- Mount the SUP09 on the 4 inserts by using the 4 screws BHc 5x10 (3 only for the mounting with blinkers).
- Connect the indicators and the plate lighting. Replace the passenger seat.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original
tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.

You are advised first to check the length of the plate lighting and triangular indicators'
wires (and extend them if necessary).
In case of mounting with blinkers, wires go through one of the SUP09 holes.
