Original fitting screw
Fitting kit
- 4 Ø4 steel washers
- 4 6x15 BHc screws
- 4 Ø6 nylock nuts
- 1 Ø5 nylock nuts
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the passenger handle and the rear fairing. Take off the original number plate
support, get back the original taillight and remove the protection plate.
- Put the taillight on the provided holder thanks to the original screw for the upper fixation, and the
BHc 5x15 screw, the Ø5 nylock nut for the lower fixation (see photo).
- Place the plate holder on the taillight surround by using the Ø6 screws kit and fit the plate lighting
with the furnished screws kit and the Ø4 washers.
- Place the taillight holder on the motorbike and fit the surround on this last one by using the original
screws.
- Connect the indicators and the plate lighting.
- Replace teh rear fairing, the passenger handle and the saddle.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if
necessary, fold the support metal plate so as to preserve a slope in the standards
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
(do not fold the metal plate while fitted on the ABS piece).
