Fitting kit
- 4 screws BHC Ø5x15 black and big head
- 4 self-locking nuts Ø5

- 4 fitting brackets
Fitting instructions
- Remove the original belly pan as well as its fixations (leave the catalytic converter cover).
- Fit the 4 provided fitting brackets, without tightening, as shown on both pictures below:
Left hand-side
- Assemble both parts of the Ermax belly pan with the central part and the 4 screws, 4 nuts and 4 washers Ø5.
- Position the belly pan and check that the 4 « silent blocks » are well in face of the fixations :
If yes, screw the brackets and fit the belly pan thanks to the 4 screws Ø6.
Otherwise, move the brackets' slope to be right in front of the holes and then screw the brackets.
Before definitely tightening, insert the steel spacer between the belly pan and the rear right side bracket (see the red
arrow above).
CAUTION: take care that the belly pan has no contact with the heat shield: it
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
