Fitting kit
- 4 M5 threaded fasteners
- 4 Ø5 plastic washers
- 1 aluminium plate holder
- 4 screws BHc 5×10
- 4 Ø5 steel washers
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, disconnect the indicators and dismantle the original mudguard.
- Remove the original undertray (the 8 plastic rivets), and place the threaded fasteners on the upper fitting
brackets (see photo).
- Replace the original undertray (keeping free the fasteners).
- Assemble the aluminium plate holder with the ABS part and fit the unit thanks to the BHc 5x10 screws,
the M5 nylock nuts and the Ø5 steel washers (these ones go inside the plastic part).
- Fit the plate lighting by using the 2 provided BHc 4x10 screws.
- Place the plate holder on the motorbike and fit it thanks to the 4 BHc 5x15 screws and to the 4 Ø5 plastic
washers.
- Connect the indicators and plate lighting. Fit the number plate and replace the seat.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if necessary, fold
the support metal plate so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do not fold the metal plate
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original
tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
