« Standard » mounting
Fitting kit
- 2 fitting brackets
- 4 rubber washers
- 1 screws CHc 5×10 and 1 Nylock nut M5 (for « standard »mounting only)
Assembly
- Remove the headlight globe (1, 2 or 3 screws according the
model of the bike).
- Draw a mark on the fitting bracket with a pencil to identify the
original slop of the headlight.
- Remove the 2 fitting screws of the optic unit. Slip the nose
screen brackets between the bloc unit and its 2 support plates.
- Replace the 2 screws of the optic unit and the headlight globe.
* the screws CHc 5×10 and the Nylock nut M5 provided in the
« Standard » kit are used to calibrate the slope of the nose
screen.
** « Specific » mounting concerns 600 Hornet 2003/2004,
900 Hornet, CBF 500 / 600 and ZR7 motorbikes. The special
fitting brackets are different than the standard mounting and can
be fitted inside or outside the nose screens, one way or the
other.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
