Fitting kit
- 4 Self tapping screws.
- 2 beleved spacers.
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the rear shell, the indicators and the reflector.
- Mark the cutting:
1. Horizontally : 5 mm below the lock.
2. On the sides : decrease of 5 mm on the level of the indicators.
3. Vertically : eliminate the ridges of the original undertray.
- Cut out, by stages, the various zones by regularly presenting your undertray not to make an
error.
- Once finished cutting, replace the taillights and the rear shell.
- Place the undertray by inserting the left side first, then the right side. If jointing is difficult, re-
examine your cutting.
- Once brought back up all the parts, drill the ∅2 mm holes on your rear shell air intake level.
- Use the two furnished screws to maintain the undertray.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
