Front left-hand-side bracket - 1°
Fitting kit
- 3 brackets
- 2 BHc 5×20 screws
- 3 M5 nylock nuts
- 1 M6 nylock nut
- 1 CHc 6×40 screw
- 2 Ø6 rubber spacers
- 3 Ø6 L 10 plastic spacers
Assembly
- Position the front bracket as indicated on pictures 1 and 2 : the 2 screws of the engine block are tightened with a
torque wrench to 1,2 N/m, take off the catalyst's fixing screw (photo 3). Dismantle the lower screw of the stand
sensor. Place the remaining bracket and fix the whole with the CHc 6×25 screw and the M6 nylock nut (photo 4).
- Assemble both parts of the belly pan by using the 3 BHc 5×15 screws, the 3 M5 nylock nuts, and the 3 Ø5 plastic
washers.
- Place the belly pan and fix it :
For the front side : thanks to the 2 BHc 5×20 screws and the 2 Ø5 plastic washers, by inserting the rubber
spacers between the belly pan and the bracket.
On the rear right-hand-side : use the CHc 6×40 screw, 1Ø6 plastic washer and insert 2 Ø6 L 10 plastic
spacers and the Ø6 steel washer between the catalyst cover and the belly pan.
On the rear-left-hand-side : use the CHc 6×25 screw and the remaining plastic washer and insert the plastic
spacer between the belly pan and the bracket.
Once fitted, the belly pan must have no contact with motor and has to be far
enough from complet exhaust system. Fitting brackets' angles may be a little
modified in order to adjust the accessory to every motorbike (do not fold the

* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
