Fitting kit
- 2 5x15aluminium screws
- 2 5 plastic washers
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the rear shell, the rear handle, the two exhaust systems and the original undertray.
- Cut the original undertray as on the photo to keep the front part (not hatched part on the photo).
- Fix back up the remaining part of your original undertray on the bike.
- On the hatched part of your original undertray, cut the electric relays support, fix your relays to it and
block your relays and the CDI (electronical box) between the fixing point exhaust system/rear frame and
the fixing point rear handle/rear frame (see photo).
- Cut out the piercing template on these instructions, position it carefully on the rear shell, mark the hole
centre and drill your shell with a
- Position our undertray on the bike.
- Replace the two exhaust systems without tightening them completely, connect the indicators.
- Fix back up the rear shell and fix our undertray using the screws and washers provided.
- Tighten the exhausts, check the indicators are functioning and replace the rear handle and the saddle.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.

* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
