ො Never remove the lid until the blades have completely stopped.
ො This appliance is designed to process small quantities. Do not exceed the amounts indicat-
ed in these instructions for use.
ො Do not use this appliance to mix glutinous food or substances.
ො Do not use the appliance for any other use than the intended one.
ො For your safety, this appliance complies with the standards, regulations and directives for
low voltage, electromagnetic compatibility, the environment, etc.
ො For additional protection, it is recommended to install a residual current device (RCD) that
has a rated operating fault current that does not exceed 30mA, in the electrical circuit that
supplies the electrical installation. Ask your installer for advice.
ො The appliance is not intended for operation by means of an external timer or a separate
remote control system.
ො Only the proper connector should be used.
ො Disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before assem-
bly, disassembly or cleaning.

CAUTIONS TO CONSIDER:
• DO NOT MAKE ANY KIND OF MIXING IF THE VOLUME EXCEEDS 1.80 L.
• DO NOT TURN THE DEVICE ON WHEN IT IS EMPTY.
• DO NOT PLACE VERY HOT INGREDIENTS IN THE BOWL. BEFORE FOOD PREPARATION,
ALLOW FOOD TO COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES.
• THE MAXIMUM PROCESSING TIME SHOULD NOT EXCEED 1 MINUTE OF CONTIN-
UOUS USE. TO ACHIEVE SHORTER PROCESSING TIMES, USE THE MACHINE WITH
PULSES AND INTERMEDIATE PAUSES OF 5 SECONDS.
• BEFORE EATING OR SERVING BLENDED FOODS, ALWAYS CHECK THAT THERE ARE
NO INGREDIENTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN MIXED PROPERLY.
