RIVER FAQ
How to Clean RIVER
RIVER is a versatile, durable power station that can be used in many types of applications. You can clean
RIVER using a dry, non-abrasive cloth. Use a phone or screen cleaning spray if you need to clean RIVER more
thoroughly. DO NOT expose RIVER to excessive amounts of liquid, as doing so can damage the product or
result in injury.
How to Store RIVER?
1. Store RIVER in a dry and cool environment, away from any abrasive objects. Never store RIVER in environ-
ments below -4°F (-20°C) or above 140°F (60°C). DO NOT store or place RIVER near water;
2. If RIVER is not used for a long period of time, the battery life may be impacted. Discharging RIVER to
30%, then charging to 85% every 3 months can help prolong the battery life;
3. After being fully charged, RIVER has a shelf life of over a year under the room temperature and humidity,
provided that the power station isn't used to charge or discharge during storage.
How to Use RIVER Safely?
Please use RIVER in its recommended operating temperature range. Using RIVER out of the optimal oper-
ating temperature range may cause the power station to exceed safety limits. Incorrect product usage and
failure to adhere to operating recommendations will void the product warranty.
If RIVER is used to power electrical devices with heating elements for over 30 minutes, such as a hairdryer,
the power station will enter a temperature protection mode. In this case, please wait for around an hour be-
fore charging, powering devices, or using the power station again.
How to Upgrade RIVER Firmware?
RIVER firmware can be upgraded using the EcoFlow app. It is recommended that RIVER is plugged in to an
AC power source, or it has 50% power and the system power is ON when upgrading. For more details, please
