MOUNTING LOCATION
• The optimal range is obtained
at a mounting height of 7' 6"
(2.3 m).
• Allow a clear line-of-sight to all
areas to protect.
• Do not directly face windows.
• Avoid close proximity to
moving machinery, fluorescent
lights, and heating/cooling
sources.
For use in applications with pets
up to 80 pounds (36 kilograms).
In Applications with Animals:
• Mount with the center of the
device at 7.5 feet (2.3m)
• Mount where pet cannot come
within 6 feet (1.8m) of the
sensor by climbing on
furniture, stairs, boxes or other
objects.
• Test each installation to
determine exact level of animal
immunity; levels vary based on
environmental differences and
the amount of heat radiated by
an animal.
MOUNTING OPTIONS
After enrolling, verify adequate signal
strength by conducting Go/No Go tests (see
the controller's instructions) with the device
in its intended mounting location. Adjust the
device location and orientation as necessary.
The SIXOCC can be mounted on the wall or in
corners:
• [A] = Wall mounting holes.
[B] = Corner mounting holes.

• The rear tamper plate MUST be mounted
to a stud, solid wood, or with a robust wall
anchor.
OPTIONS DE MONTAGE

Le SiXOCC peut être monté sur un mur ou
dans un coin :

• La plaque antisabotage arrière DOIT être montée sur un montant ou du bois massif, ou avec un ancrage mural robuste.
L'EMPLACEMENT
D'INSTALLATION
• La hauteur optimale de montage est
obtenue à 7' 6" (2,3 m).
• Laissez un champ de visibilité vers
toutes les aires à protéger.
• Ne le placez pas directement face à des
fenêtres.
• Évitez de l'installer trop près de
machines, de lampes fluorescentes, ou
de sources de chauffage ou de
climatisation.
À utiliser dans les applications où il y a des
animaux pesant jusqu'à 80 lb. (36 kg).
Dans les applications où des animaux sont
présents :
• Montez le dispositif avec le centre à 2,3
m (7,5 pi)
• Montez le détecteur à un endroit que
les animaux ne peuvent pas approcher
à moins de 1,8 m (6 pi), et ce, même en
grimpant sur les meubles ou d'autres
objets.
• Testez chaque installation pour
déterminer le niveau exact d'immunité
aux animaux; les niveaux varient en
fonction des différents environnements
et du montant de chaleur qui est émise
par les animaux.
