Maintenance and cleaning

Remove the battery from the power tool before start
cleaning, adjustment, repair or maintenance work.
Replace worn out or damaged parts immediately so that
the power tool is always operational and in a safe
operating condition.
Cleaning
Always keep the power tool clean and dry, free of oil,
grease and lubricants.

Do not use strong cleaning agents. These products can
damage plastics and metals and impair the safe
operation of your power tool.
Maintenance work
Maintenance work may only be carried out as described
in these operating instructions; all other work must be
carried out by an official dealer.
Keep all nuts and screws well tighten so that the power
tool can operate safely.
If components or safety devices are removed for
maintenance work, they must be replaced correctly
immediately.
Use only attachable tools or accessories authorised by
VITO for this power tool or technically identical parts.
Otherwise injury or damage to the power tool may
occur. In case of doubt or if you lack the necessary
knowledge and means, you should contact an official
dealer.

Technical assistance

Your cordless blower should only be serviced by the
manufacturer's internal service personnel, or other
qualified personnel, replacing any necessary parts with
original parts sourced directly from the manufacturer.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Battery assembly

1. Insert the battery (8) into the cordless blower fitting
and press the battery until you hear the "click noise" of
the battery lock/unlock button. At this point the
battery is completely secured;
2. To remove, press the Battery lock/unlock button and
pull out the battery;
Only use VITO 20V lithium batteries.

Clean all components and

Battery charging

1. Place the battery in the charger as if you placed it in
the cordless blower
2. Plug the charger plug into the socket and let it charge.
Sometimes at the end of charging, both the battery and
the charger may be hot, which does not mean that they
are malfunctioning.
Allow the battery to cool down before putting it in the
machine.

Shoulder strap fixing

1. Place the shoulder strap hook, on the hook fixing.
2. Make sure the hook is properly secured;
3. Adjust the length of the shoulder strap according to
the working position.

Air duct assembly

The blower has an easy to fit blow tube.
1. Align and fit the duct (1) into the blower body;
2. Turn clockwise;
3. To withdraw, do the opposite
