Assembly
- Attach the front right-hand bracket (with slight twist) to the front right-hand side of the engine casing (see photos).
- Attach the front left-hand bracket to the ear of the engine casing (the one with no screws), using the BTR 6×15
screw (U shaped bracket).
- Attach the rear right-hand bracket to the exhaust pipe fixing screw (small bracket with hole). For the 2003 model use
the screw and Ø8 nut provided.
- Attach the rear left-hand bracket on the engine axle (fork shaped bracket).
- Do not tighten completely so that adjustments can be made later.
- Position the belly pan and fix it on its four fixing points (using the four BHC 6×15 screws and rubber washers).
Move the belly pan backwards and forward to ensure that it is well clear of the exhaust pipes.
- Fix the two parts of the belly pan using the two BHC 5×15 screws and the Ø5 brake nuts.
- Tighten the fixing screws of the brackets and the screws of the belly pan.
* To see the fixing points more clearly, position the half belly pan on the bike.
For the 2003 and following models,
* Caution :
flowing hoses
Place them in the previous nick.
* For 2003 model without a threaded hole for the front fixing, use the self-drill screw and the cone washer.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.

- 2 BHC 5×15 screws
- 4 BHC 6×15 screws

- 1 4,2×16 self drill screw
- 1 Ø5 cone washer
